Cancellation Policy
At MORE Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed visits limit our ability to accommodate other clients.
We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel (24 hours preferred), as this allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we do our best to be flexible when they do.

Late Cancellation & Missed Appointment Fees:
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
- Missed appointments without notice will incur a $100 fee.
Second Consultation Fee:
- We offer an initial complimentary consultation. For any subsequent consultations, a non-refundable $150 fee is required to schedule.
Policy for Minors:
- Minors may receive treatment at our clinic. A parent or legal guardian must sign the initial consent-to-treat form before any services are provided. After the initial visit, the minor may sign for their own subsequent treatments.
- Parents or legal guardians will be asked at scheduling to specify whether appointment reminders and communications should go to them or to the minor.
- A valid credit card is required to remain on file for all minor accounts and will be processed at the time of each service.
- Our standard late-cancellation and no-show fees apply to all minor appointments.
