Neuromodulators
Neuromodulators are wrinkle-relaxing agents comprised of botulinum toxin. They are used to treat wrinkles throughout the face. A small amount of the neuromodulator is injected directly into the underlying muscle, causing it to relax and gradually smooth out the appearance of the overlying skin. The effects typically last about three to four months.

Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable substances that restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial features. These procedures are minimally invasive, and the results can last several months to over a year. We currently offer the following hyaluronic acid dermal fillers: Juvederm®, Restylane®, and RHA® products.
Sculptra is another type of dermal filler used in cosmetic procedures to address signs of aging, particularly volume loss in the face. Sculptra also improves the skin's texture. Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible substance that stimulates the body's natural collagen production over time. Sculptra is often used to address signs of aging subtly and naturally. The results can last up to two years.

Sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive medical procedure designed to address and diminish the appearance of spider veins. During the treatment, a specialized solution is injected directly into the affected veins, causing them to collapse and fade over time. Multiple sessions may be required to attain the desired results. Each session lasts approximately one hour. Welcome to our website! I am Arleen More O'Ferrall, a Nurse Practitioner and dedicated Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with over two decades of experience in the dynamic field of non-surgical aesthetics. My journey into aesthetics began during its early stages, and I have been at the forefront of this exciting industry ever since.
As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I blend medical expertise, aesthetic artistry, and technical skills to offer a wide range of advanced treatments. My experience includes neuromodulators (Botox-C®, Dysport®, Daxxify®), dermal fillers, collagen bioactivators (Sculptra), Silhouette InstaLift® procedures, laser and light skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency skin tightening, microneedling, PRP, sclerotherapy, medical weight loss, vitamin supplementation, and various medical skincare treatments.
I have been an active member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) since 2012, and I have worked with numerous laser companies and trained clinicians in many advanced procedures including IPL, laser hair removal, radiofrequency, and laser skin resurfacing. My expertise extends to understanding laser mechanics and skin biology.
One of my key roles has been to share my knowledge and passion for aesthetics with others. I have had the privilege of training and educating fellow nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and aestheticians in performing these procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for patients.
In my previous role as a clinical educator in a non-surgical aesthetic center, I ran the quality control department and was responsible for clinical outcomes, performance evaluations, documentation, and implementing strategies to enhance the quality of care provided to our patients by all providers.
My educational journey began with an undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSN) degree in Nursing, which I earned with honors while on scholarship at Ursuline College. I continued my academic pursuits at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and graduating with honors.
My professional journey includes significant contributions to the field of aesthetics. I served at a vein center and medi spa from 2004 to 2011 and subsequently at a non-surgical aesthetic center from 2011 to 2023. In recognition of my expertise and commitment to excellence, I was among Wisconsin's first three aesthetic nurse providers to achieve certification as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in 2013—a certification I have maintained with pride ever since.
To stay at the forefront of my field, I maintain active memberships in prestigious organizations such as the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN), the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Nurses Association (ANA). My dedication to advancing the field is further demonstrated by my role as a peer reviewer for a Plastic and Aesthetic Nursing Journal.
My career prior to this has been diverse, beginning with my tenure as a neurocritical care nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I attained certification as a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse. Subsequently, I worked on an ENT/Otolaryngology and Neuroscience unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital, further broadening my medical knowledge and experience.

Dr. Lucas Boehm, MD
Lucas Boehm, MD is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon at Illume Cosmetic Surgery Center and a Wisconsin native. His practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, breast, and body, with a special interest in rhinoplasty, skin health, and facial aging.
Dr. Boehm graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison before completing medical school and his plastic surgery residency training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. During his time at the Medical College of Wisconsin, he trained extensively in all facets of plastic surgery, ultimately deciding to focus his expertise on aesthetic surgery. Following residency, Dr. Boehm pursued subspecialty training, completing a one-year fellowship with world-renowned aesthetic plastic surgeon Dr. Bradley Calobrace in Louisville, KY. During this time, Dr. Boehm traveled around the country and world, learning the latest techniques in deep plane facelifting, rhinoplasty, and breast surgery from key leaders in these respective fields.
Dr. Boehm prides himself with being on the cutting edge of plastic surgery techniques and technology. He is in constant pursuit of perfection, always working to ensure no detail is overlooked. She has a BA in Business and History from Mount Mary College and has worked extensively in the aesthetic industry, both as an aesthetician and an administrator. Karen has played a key role in establishing and managing multiple non-surgical aesthetic practices, bringing operational efficiency, strategic insight, and an enhanced patient experience to our practice.

Maggie Pikul
With almost 30 years of experience in the skincare industry, Maggie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Trained at the prestigious Chicago Dermatological Institute, Maggie has honed her skills in aesthetic treatments and skin health. She further expanded her medical knowledge by completing her nursing studies at Gateway Technical College in 2020.
Maggie holds multiple certifications, including Sciton Laser (Broad Band Light therapy, Nano Peel, Halo and ProFractional resurfacing) Diamond Glow, ZO Peels, SkinPen Microneedling, Hydrafacial, Intense Pulse Light, Lumenis Hair Removal, and PCA Peels. Meg is a licensed aesthetician with over 17 years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She graduated from La’ James International College in Iowa City, Iowa, in 2006 and has since pursued advanced training in medical aesthetics. Meg holds certifications in a range of treatments, including Sciton Laser treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Resurfacing, IPL/BBL, Radio Frequency, Body Contouring, Skin Pen Microneedling, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Microdermabrasion.
Her passion for medical aesthetics stems from the impactful, results-driven treatments she provides. Meg believes in delivering individualized, comprehensive care to achieve optimal outcomes. She values her relationships with patients and takes pride in helping them look and feel their best.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At More Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved just for you, and late cancellations or missed visits impacts our ability to accommodate other clients. We kindly ask for your consideration in providing adequate notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will be charged.
- No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be applied.
- Second Consultation Fee: We offer an initial complimentary consultation. For any subsequent consultations, a $100 fee will be required to book.
- ThreadLift Deposit: Due to the time and preparation required, a $100 deposit is required to hold an appointment for a threadlift procedure. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment.
